Create Your Lighting Layout
Lighting layouts can also be done by using the Lighting Layout Tool (Luxiflux) on product pages on our website. Please note that RAB Design Lighting has licensed the use of Luxiflux from its developer, Lighting Analysts Inc. Luxiflux is primarily used for quick and simple lighting calculations. User agrees that RAB Design Lighting is not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect conclusions that may result by using this software.

Send an email with your requirements to layouts@rabdesign.ca and our lighting specialist will get back to you within 24 hours.
Place An Order
Send your purchase order to RAB Design Customer Service at orders@rabdesign.ca and one of our representatives will get back to you within 1 business day to confirm receipt and delivery of your order.

Contact RAB Design Customer Service for all technical questions. Our customer service team works closely with our engineering team to get you the answers you need in a timely manner.
Returns
In the rare case that your product is defective or needs repair, we do so at no charge as long as your product is within the warranty period. To request for a return, fill out the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form, and one of our customer service representatives will review your request and get back to you within 1 business day.
Warranty
Our LED fixtures are tested and/or inspected prior to being packed for shipment and are guaranteed for a period of five years from date of shipment (See LED Warranty Policy for specifics). Non-LED products are guaranteed for a period of one year.
